By accessing trecsa.in or engaging Trecsa for services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Trecsa provides web development, software development, payment gateway integration, and related digital services as described in individual project proposals.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments are accepted only after deals are finalised. No payment is solicited or required before a written proposal is agreed upon by both parties.
- Payment links are issued via Razorpay only for confirmed scope, amount, and milestones.
- Accepted methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets as supported by Razorpay.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. GST applies where applicable.
- Late payments may pause work until resolved.
3. Proposals & Agreements
Each project is governed by a specific proposal or contract outlining deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, and intellectual property terms. The proposal supersedes general website content where they differ.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Trecsa retains rights to pre-existing code, frameworks, and general methodologies. Portfolio display rights may be retained unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback, content, and access needed for delivery
- Ensure any third-party accounts (hosting, domains, Meta, Razorpay) are properly authorised
- Comply with applicable laws for your business use of delivered software
6. Limitation of Liability
Trecsa's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Website content is provided "as is" for informational purposes.
7. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Razorpay, Meta, hosting providers, and other third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
